I don’t have a specific favorite poker player. However, I could mention five or even ten players whose style of play I admire.
I like an aggressive style, the kind of player who is always betting, always applying pressure, and always thinking about the game. That’s the type of approach I find interesting. It’s not necessarily about a specific player, but about the style that some of them adopt, playing in a very aggressive way.
Personally, I’m not able to play that way. My style is more based on the strength of my hand. For example: if I have a strong hand, I bet big; if I have a medium hand, I bet medium; and if I have a weak hand, I play more cautiously. I get good results this way because I play at low stakes.
However, at higher stakes, you need to be much more aggressive. I watch videos of people playing high stakes and notice that they are extremely aggressive,
bluff a lot, and put a lot of pressure on their opponents. I still can’t play that way, but it’s a style I really admire.
