Just want to make everyone aware...two people have now told me that someone has messaged them on MSN saying they are "the shrog" and asked for money...I think the first one said his real name is Justin, the 2nd Zach (neither is my real name). Don't know why poor me is being targeted, but if you get anything, just ignore/block.

god damn im going to be losing a lot of money in this tourny series, i don't even like tournies but its excited me enough to want to play like everything.

Its going to be awsome for reg players aswell on the basis that poor players are going to be shipping big scores in low and medium fields then losing it all back to us

I'll prob lose a ton more of my money backing people in these events, sigh, (I will be looking for horses closer to the time to make up for my shitness at tournies and actually win me some monies in what i imagine will be mega weak fields)

I've had two people IM me saying they were from cardschat as well. One of them threatened to hack my hotmail account. Must be the same person you're talking about. Pretty annoying.

This is a phd student? That's just..pathetic. Utterly and totally pathetic. I have a masters and have thought about going back for a phd and this complete lack of objectivity or any understanding of basic survey principles (leading questions, etc) is so sad.

Complete and total lack of understanding of subject matter and any sort of correct or effective way of collecting (or analyzing most likely) data. This "research" would get laughed out of the schools I've been to.

This is simply someone with a predetermined conclusion and is designing the data to support this conclusion.

easy way to win monies guide

sit with a supernova, realise very quickly that he is noway an omaha reg becuase he puts entire stacks check/calling low draws on 3 streets with 0% chance to scoop. Ask him why hes showing his supernova stars, when its not really a brag if you aren't a winnig player but just an fpp pro, get him to challenge you to more tables, insta accept, insta monies

fml, just sharkscoped the supernova, and he is an omaha reg and has 10k in profit (only 6% roi though) Its good to know that if i play as bad as that i can still make profit

imo the answer is:

2 parts coincidence, (i.e. you've simply run worse at 200NL)
1 part fancy play syndrome/overadjusting by making too many moves
1 part that the games simply are harder and there are more regs, and more good regs

mostly coincidence though. i mean, how many hands have you played at 200NL? not a huge sample, right?
