the skills are to throw a coin in time and not to throw it just like that))) I have seen many times when at the very beginning of the game the fish goes all-in AK and 10 10 or something like that, but it's silly to go all-in having 100bb with such a hand (I mean both AK and 10 10).

I don't play casino. I play sports betting exclusively on women. Today for 4 hours lost 65,000 rubles, tomorrow I won 95,000 rubles. It does not depend on red or other paint . The brain should not work for garbage removal, but for profit.

Yes , you right. When you go all in preflop with one opponent and you have TT and he has AQs is almost the same as you play black/red or odd/even in roulette.

I think you are not right. In my opinion, your success in poker directly depends on your skills. The more experience you have, the better your skills and the greater the likelihood that you are lucky.

The skill is in knowing when to take coin flips. For example, in the early stages of the tournament, it's probably not worth risking your entire stack on a coin flip. This is because doubling your stack so early does not get you that much closer to cashing. In addition, your stack is so deep that you can play a wide variety of hands in a low risk / high reward scenario. However, taking coin flips might be beneficial or even required at later times in a tournament. When you are short stacked, you generally want to gamble to try to double up and work your way back to a healthy stack. Also, the pay structure makes a big difference. If the next several pay jumps are small, you might decide to take more coin flips to try to ladder up and get to the next big pay jump.

So I've done legit flips in Live Poker. We have Moments where everybody knows most of the people at the table , So We will Bet $100 in the dark Winner take all. It's pretty fun when you know nobody has looked at their cards and obviously If you have the money to spare. Also doing it with known people , It just brings a different element of gambling. Online you're flipping every 10 hands it seems like.

Just remember, "It isn't what you got that matters. It's what they think you got." Knowing whether or not you are involved with a coin flip doesn't take that much skill. Most 5th graders can figure that out. The skill comes in by the play of the hand. Good poker players know when to be aggressive and when to stomp on the brakes. And when you are playing with the same people regularly your reputation vs. their reputation is the most determining factor in how you play the hand.

I just now noticed something about the comments above. Some of the comments are assuming tournament scenarios while other comments are dealing with live action games. There is a gigantic difference on how to play any type of hand depending on whether is it live or tournament games, especially when it comes to "coin flips".

Main difference is that when you have coin flip situation in poker in a long term variance well even out to 50/50 win/loose ratio and the money that you win/loose will also even out at zero. When you play roulette the game is created in such way that in a long term you will always loose. That's why i don't like any game where you play against the casino. Such games are always made in such way that the casino will win more often than you in a long run and it is completely legal because otherwise casino will not be able to operate.

You would be 100% right if there was no rake. When two cash players would still go all in in each hand, in the long run the poker room only went profitable because it takes rake from each pot.

Really depends on what stage of the tournament you are flipping. As others have mentioned, picking the right spot to flip is key.

Late in a tournament, when you are settled, have decent knowledge of your opponents, and where a flip can substantially increase your chances of getting to the final table, I would always make the call and take the 50-50 flip.

Skill is in the decision. Should I call, odds and consequences (ICM). I'd rather not flip in certain circumstances and would never consider betting at roulette.
