poker is pure heart adrenaline to win your heart suffers every hand playing with joy is the best because the variance can always hurt you or make you happy playing cold is the best and be happy what has to happen if you win is better luck at the tables

In my opinion, if people say they made a choice by heart, I think they either read the opponent well (brain), or just got lucky. Compare how many times you make a profitable decision using your brain and how many times with your heart, then decides which one is better. Of course sometimes you might get super excited, by making a hero call based only on your guts, but try to see poker in the long run adn wheter it was a profitable call in that spot or not.

Every single time when i tried to follow my heart was a mistake. even if u win with that hand because u played it "with your heart" it will influence u and the 2nd time u will lost. trust math, not heart

You have to follow the brain. If you have a "gut read" on something, you're going to be wrong about half the time and forget about it later. When you use your brain, you have the odds in front of you!

I think everything should be in moderation. Both intuition and logical thinking should be present in your game. Without this balance, I don't think you can play at a good level.
