B I like tournaments, especially bounties, players go crazy for bountys, so you just have to wait for strong hands and get the chips out of the fish, I have been called a 4bet push of 200bbs with A10o for example, or with low pairs, that's how crazy they are.

I enjoy MTTs the most. I like the deeper structure, adjusting as stacks change, and the different phases of the tournament. Cash games are great for steady play, but MTTs feel more rewarding when you run deep and have to navigate different stack depths and pressure spots.

sit n go are good for fast tempo.
sometimes i like sitting and having fun with my hands for long time

Spins aren't really a big deal for me, and I don't play cash games, so I'm not interested. MTT is my favorite, and I enjoy the game.

My favorite format is Spin & Go, due to the fast pace and the potential for good profits. Before this format came out, my favorite was HU Hyper.

MTTs by a mile for me. They have the best balance of strategy, excitement, and value. I like that every decision can have long term consequences, and making a deep run after hours of play is hard to beat. Cash games are fun, but nothing matches the feeling of navigating a huge field and making a final table.

Sit & Go in my case. Good times (back when you could find all kinds of them and play several a day). Anyway, nowadays it's MTTs.
