I play all four of these, however I prefer Cash Game more, because I can stop whenever I want.

MTTs, I like the way everybody starts at the same chips, and the phases of mtt.

My favorite format is MTT tournaments and Sit & Go tournaments. I rarely play cash games, I don't really like them, and I consider Spin & Go tournaments to be a kind of bingo game.

MTTs are my favorite format. These days, I spend almost all of my time playing tournaments because I find them much more enjoyable.

Cash games is way better for me
Because of the lack of spare time
I do like tournaments though , but they take up quite a lot of your time and you do not always cash and if you do its mostly 5x max or else you will have to make deep runs for the better prizes

I'd go with A) Cash Games. I like being able to sit down and leave whenever I want without committing to a long session. The swings feel more manageable, and it's easier to focus on making consistently good decisions rather than chasing a deep tournament run. I still enjoy the occasional MTT for the excitement, but cash games are definitely my favorite overall.

My favorite format is MTTs because they offer the biggest payouts if you make a deep run. I also enjoy the challenge of surviving as the blinds keep increasing and my stack gets shorter. There's something really satisfying about fighting your way through the field with fewer and fewer big blinds.
