We all need to take it in stride as it does not happen frequently and there are almost always other freerolls available for platinum members - I played three others yesterday and cashed two.

Just bear in mind mods and administrators work hard everyday to provide members these wonderful opportunities, with several of them unable to take part the free rolls themselves. For example, US based staff cannot even take part in the PS free roll that you are discussing.
