Often bathroom break or grab a snack. I play on ipad though so I have much more opportunity to move around while I play. I’m often cooking while playing and sometimes on the treadmill, especially early on in freerolls.

I use the break to go to the bathroom, get up from that chair where my figure sometimes forms from being in it so much (lol), I make some kind of fruit drink to give me more energy and if you can a quick face wash to wake up the spirits. Regards.

I use a break probably like all the other players, go to the bathroom, make coffee or tea, and of course I go to smoke! Mon usually doesn't have 5 minutes of break to do all my business, and I usually stay a few more minutes on the 3! I would generally like to take a break of 10 minutes, and I think a lot of people would like it! But this is personally my opinion and maybe someone disagrees with it!
