Yes i have plan. Firstly I play only freerolls to build my bankroll. When i collect some amount of money, i can play micro limits.

I definitely agree. I spoke in general, mostly about cash games. But in tournaments, especially in later stages (large blinds + antes), stacks become a huge factor in the adjustments we are talking about. Sorry I didn't mention that.

Its impossible to have a plan with poker due to one simple word - Variance.

You can however develop your game to have the ability to " switch gears" as tournaments progress and it never hurts to have a strong knowledge of pot odds and pot equity as you get deeper into a tournament.

Poker is a very flexible game. Nothing can be said with certainty. There is no guarantee that playing tight or loose will fetch you the desired result.
My best suggestion is : play with the situation.

Everyone has a distinctive style. My main game is triple up SNGs. I start each game tight, tighter than most players you've probably ever seen and then I loosen up bit by bit as the head count goes down. It helps to have a tight image especially when the blinds get to the point they're worth steeling. Usually, 50-100 and up. When the chip count gets critical is the time to switch into reckless mode, all in or nothing play. A tight image is helpful there, too. I equate chip count with time. If I get enough time accumulated then I'll sit back, relax, and let the others with less accumulated time duke it out. Since I'll be sharing the payoff with two other players, I'm not concerned with winning all the chips though I've been known to become a bully when I've amassed a ton of time.

I don't have any specific plans personally.
I play my game, which can be bad or good.
The only time I have a plan is when I'm in a hurry and I decide to play risky even if I lose.

I have a basic concept, but it almost always changes as the dynamics of the table changes, and the style of the opponents is also a decisive factor in how I play at a table.

Much of what has been written has no connection to planning. This is a poker tactic and strategy. You can plan the mode of participation in games, the variety of games, the alternation of real money games and participation in tournaments.
