Couple of months back, I cashed 3 dollars in ACR freeroll and I turned that 3 dollars into 445 bucks by playing micro cash games in 18 days. crazy a bit.

that 18th day was a Thursday, I slept at 20:00 then, a bad dream woke me up at 01:00 something... couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to play some cash game, played some and lost about 40 bucks, my head wasn't there and I went full tilt, I had smoke coming out of my head like a shity old car. then I went for a 10/20 dollars game hoping to get lucky and hit it big.

I was playing super tight, and was down like 50 bucks in first half an hour. then, got Queens in the small blind, everybody folded to the button who was this maniac.
He raises to 70bucks, I thought this is it. I've been waiting all night long. I raise to 140, he shoves all in and it covers me. He has Ten Jack offsuit.

The flop comes three jacks. cruel but I should'nt have played in that game. I had it coming and it took me weeks to recover from that loss.

I had this of course. Then I was a beginner. I made a deposit of $ 10. Then I raised the bankroll to $ 120. I cut my bankroll in one night

Sometimes I have intuition of loss, but I do not retreat before it is too late, and most of the time we enjoy the loss as we enjoy winning, of course it happened that I deposited 10 dollars and reached 230 in single night ,

Last night, first time I ever played some cash games, and I won like $10. But them I started to lose, and I got so mad that I started to pay all-ins to every one. Damn, I am so frustrated by my attitude that I'm thinking about quitting. Has this happened to you ever?

Losing my bankroll

Yes it has happened to me that I bust my bankroll in a single night. I lost most of my bankroll playing zoom omaha in pokerstars... With a 115 dollar bankroll I decided to play zoom omaha .10/.25 one single table buying in for $12.50. I lost $95 dollars that single night so I consider I lost a very significant part of my banroll and stayed only with $20. What did I learn? That I should not play high stakes with a low bankroll. For zoom omaha I think one should have at least 100 full buy ins to play at any stake.

This thread makes me feel a bit better about my losing nights.

I normally get really fed up if I lose maybe 1 or 2 buy ins in one night! I play 2NL cash games with a current $80 bankroll, giving me 40 buy ins.

I want to at least get to $120 before I move up. The thought of blowing an entire bankroll seems crazy..

I'll share another story.

Unfortunately, it has already happened to me that my bankroll got there. It’s very bad when a person is doing well and then all of a sudden things turn around. Ace pairs also fall in a row when it is difficult to avoid the tilt. During a tilt, you make more and more mistakes and the spiral takes you down until you realize or run out of money. I don’t know what it is for good players, but unfortunately it has happened to me already.
If this happens if it is difficult but you need to be able to stop for the same day or even the whole week until you get together.

Thank God....

Thank God, NEVER, because exactly I never behave according to the results I get, for example. If I have won enough, I will not go crazy to continue playing to win more. Or vice versa, when I lose, I don't try to play anymore, to recover what was lost. I try to focus on thinking and relax more, to return to play in a longer time, and thus be in good condition. I have always remained calm. For all, there are good and bad moments, and all of this must be learned, greetings and luck at the tables ...;)

Never. But I have built a nice bankroll over the 30 years of online poker. And have won many payouts over 1K. I have always played online for mid levels...so losing the bankroll in a day would be ruff. Lost $200-$300 in the casino playing live....But that is different!

Man, I never play more than I can!!
Tilt is real, I take this so serious that I after a really good hand or a bad beat I just quit for a roll to put my head on place.
