I think there are very few that haven't lost their BR at some point, especially starting out. The thing to avoid is tilting and/or sizing up to win back losses...

Yes! As others have posted, I was tilted after a really bad run and I started to play spin and go's. Really not a good idea to play after tilted, especially games with very high variance.

Yes, I’ve blown through my bankroll of $25 (which I accumulated through winning free rolls) through several tournaments. I played in a couple turbo “jackpots” where you play against two other people and winner takes all - would not recommend because the odds literally aren’t in your favor ($4 return for $2 investment and 33% chance of winning with everyone shoving).

Now I know to manage my bankroll more properly by never investing more than 5% of my winnings in a tournament and I’m never touching any casino/turbo type games that depend on luck.

I think almost everyone has. Really bad beat usually set me off at the end of tourys close to the money. But to keep it less costly. I leave less money on acct at pokersites these days. Hope this helps.

I just did it a couple of days ago. Tilt is something that just can't be defeated. lol But yes you have to be very disciplined to make sure you don't lose your entire bankroll.

I constantly went broke and lost the entire bankroll when I played drunk! Do not play poker drunk, this is my advice! Alcohol is evil, and you risk losing your bankroll by 70-90% if you play drunk!
