It depends on the definition of BR. Just yesterday I lost 200$ trying to make it 1000$, as I want this as my bankroll to start playing cash games.
But I don't worry, it was won money and I was aware I could lose it all. So back in the saddle, start grinding freerools and small games, work my way up again...
Speaking of 10$ I don't really name it BR, it's just gambling money to enter more Bingo-poker games like the 0,10 SnG's. Running deep in a CC freeroll always brings you that money back, so why worry? But when you0're on tilt, why throw it away? Better go to the casino, say: I'm gonna lose everything anyway" and throw it away there, it'll calm you down

I think that to 'burn' your bankroll isn't directly attached to poker but all games of bet. Is very easy to lose money playing poker, betting in sports, cassino. Gambling is not advisable if you are attempting to make up for any prior losses.
