If the game is truly making you unhappy, then you should really try quitting poker or at least take a long break.At these moments, the best solution is to leave - take a break for a couple of weeks. This will help you “reboot” and let yourself relax. And then it all depends on your love for the game. If you truly love poker, then you will want to return to the tables.

I never lost much with Poker, I kept winning and losing without making a lot of profits, but also without losing. At first I was very frustrated with this, but over time I used it to try to improve myself in Poker, to see what I could learn from my mistakes.

I used to think about quitting poker when I lost, but then I started alternating playing freerolls with playing for money, and now I play calmly without fear of losing a lot of money.

I cannot lose because I'm a freeroll Pro. But I do play far less than in the past while investing my time to other stuff.

I haven't ever though of quitting over this reason but have recently thought about giving up on the game. The problem is I really love the game.

The problem for me is being able to play the game and safely online and having casinos that have game I can play.
