The most simple way is to do it against week tight players,preferably at flop you shouldn't do it at river if you're called.
and another option is to do it against math players those one that uses HUD ( my favourite rivals) the trick is basically to do sometimes the opposite of what you know your stats will show to them.

A good bluff starts from the beginning of the hand, raise before the flop. Also if nobody is betting, take a stab at it.

Consider this: A good bluff is not one-handed. It is built throughout the game by the image you pass on to other players. And a good bluff is not a suicidal move. You should bluff when you have a draw because if villain calls you still have a chance to win. And even if you don't beat villain you'll see that you had a hand that could beat him if the turn and (or) river were kind.
