How long do you guys play a day?

I have a fulltime job and a family, so my time to play poker is limited and it depends on how deep I go in a MTT. I play poker for fun and try to play regularaly CC platinum freerolls in the evening. So sometimes I play 10 minutes, but when I reach FT it could be 3 hours and more. Last weekend I played arround 6 hours, I think that's my record. Often I play up to half an hour cashgames

There are weeks when I only play the CC freerolls from time to time. Unfortunately, with daylight saving time, they are an hour later and therefore less attractive for me. For cash game I need more time over a longer period of a few weeks, so that you can get back into it.

I play freerolls mainly so if things are going well then i play around 4-5 hours if not it's less hours.

I play daily freerolls on gg and tournaments on pokerstars (weekends) so per day maybe 5 min - 20min and if some bigger freeroll tournament then open end up to 3-4 hours.

I used to play in the evenings, sometimes during the day if I had a day off from work. Usually the sessions were 5-8 hours, but there were also cases at 10-12 hours with a deep run in the tournament and at 2-3 hours when the game did not develop at all

I mostly play poker almost 8 hours a day, but I always take a break of 1 hour every 2 hours of work, I think it is important to know that you have to have a break because otherwise you get tired and start making bad decisions in your game.
