Well.. that depends.. If playing poker or involved in something related to poker.
I spend around 3-4 hours playing poker everyday, more on weekends. And like 10 hours doing Something else like learning, analysing my play, improving other parts of my game.

Approximately 6-9 hours a day, since I am a doctor and work every 6 days, I have some free time to play online poker, I do not think it's a waste of time because I profit from it, so I try to take advantage of those hours.

frankly in the last days I do not have the time to play, I wanted to be able to have at least 2 hours but I do not even have it, son of lap at home, new work projects, several things are charging me time day by day, and poker is good nothing at all .. When I enter the freeroll I enter very aggressive to try to accumulate chips and then stay in itm and leave it until the bubble, nor even this is working.

I now tightly play in all possible leagues and they take a very long time! now I'm playing about 16 hours a day! in the next month I hope it will be easier and bring the time for poker to 10-12 hours!

Usually I will register for about 3-4 hours and if I go deep my sessions can last 9+hours. Some nights I'm not feeling it and will shut down or some nights I go 12+ hours.
