Depends of a lot of things!

1- time
2- do not have another plan
3- sit&go or MTT... if its sit&go 1 hours or 2.
if its MTT 2/4 hours

Depends for me mostly on the day and of course, free time. I play probably two hours a day, weekly. Mostly, I binge. There will be a stretch where I won't play and then all of the sudden play almost a whole night. Mostly on freerolls. On a good night (playing about 6 hours), I'd average about 5 dollars. The following day though, I would feel like crap because of lack of sleep.

I play from 1 to 5 hours a day every day and all year. There is no day that I did not play. It all depends on my participation in the tournament. Basically, I'm attracted to freerolls, but sometimes I'm guaranteed tournaments with a buy-in of $ 1.

I usually play 2 hours per day (Monday to Thursday) , on Fridays I play 5 hours , on Saturdays it could be 6 or more hours but on Sundays I play for 2 or 3 hours .
Now this varies ,it's not always true , it depends on the mood , on how well I run on tournaments , if I have more job to do or not , if Ihave sth else to do .

The best win I had was 250 $ a long time ago in a tournament .

Online I play a few hours a day on the weekdays, like mon/tues when it is slow at the casino. I am at the casino, generally 5/10 NL, clocking in around 50 hours a week. I never ever fully trust any online poker or casino unless they are transparent with their audits.

Last 5 weeks (and going to be same for this week) I have been playing like 70 hours in a week in average. When you got a golden promotion, you'll grind :D

Gonna take a long vacation in October-November to even the scales.
