I play an hour or 2 a day. I set a stop time and stop loss, and quit whenever I hit one.

Scheduled

I try to keep a business like approach then that way my mind is ‘poker focused’. I find that if I just jump on when I feel like it, my results are nowhere near as good than if I approach it structured.

I’ve got 5 days for playing and 2 days for studying. If I am not feeling up to the game then I would swap a day of play for study. Every week I will set my self a plan on areas I want to study and where I feel I need improvement.
And if I don’t feel like doing anything then I don’t because I don’t want to force myself into a corner of getting sick of poker because like many in this forum. I absolutely love it and forcing it on myself would only make me hate it.
So times can differ on play and study depending on mindset

Between 4 and 12 depending on how my tournaments go and how early I start. I usually take a day or so a week off and just chill

Noeadays very few , even freerolls I avoid them on a learge scale . I want to improve first , start my study of the game , start learning some new moves , then caome back and play a lot more than in the past :) But until then I keep on playing some very low buyin games , just for fun , especially on ACR . I will first try this CC 30 days poker course , it will help me a lot on this cause :)

Hi.
I play about 4-5 days a week, 3-4 hours a day. Sometimes on weekends I can play 8-10 hours a day, but this is rare.
Good luck.

I normally play 2-3 days a week and anywhere between 2 and 8 hours a day. Mostly around 4 hours I would say.

At most 3-4 hours. If I play more than that time I feel a little tired.

I don't play poker regularly for a long time, but I used to only play short tournaments for a few hours once or twice a week.

When how

Usually it depends on the number of tournaments and just my mood, how much I want to play poker today

I am currently taking a break from poker, because it has started to get a little boring ... I will soon start playing again, and while I was active I played 4-5 hours a day every day, sometimes more ... :D:D:D
