i try my best to give a total of at least 18 hrs a week to the game due to me wanting to be a more skilled player

It varies, if I’m in a casino I like to play for two hours or a double-up, whichever comes first, then break for 15-30min before changing tables and or stakes. I had a sick run at Commerce one time where I did that like 9 times and won each time. It was a good day.

… but if I’m playing online, like i am currently, (no casinos in over a year), then it could be two hours to 8hours a day depending on my account size. I always believe less is more, but actually doing it is another story… if I have over $500 online then I try to only play an hour a day at a larger stake, looking to scoop like $20-$50/day playing $0.25/$.50 or $0.50/$1 cash games.

Not a good idea to play 2-tournament at the same time!

It's like playing many hours in a row ! You get confused sometime and it's draining too! What happen I finally was able to find the password for the $100.00 cardschat and I was playing deep in the $50.00 Social Media tournament so I was playing both tournament not a good idea it's tiring and sometime you want to register to 2- tournament in case you get eliminate early !

Hi bro! Great question. In many ways, it depends on the tasks that I set for a particular session. This is usually from 4 to 8 hours a day. It happens that I have a day off, more free time and I can play for 12-20 hours - until I turn off. In many ways, it also depends on the tournaments. If we talk about food, then I try to eat every 4 hours. Mostly carbohydrates, not forgetting about proteins and fats. From simly I take glucose in tablets (2 at a time, but no more than 4-6 tablets a day). My biggest poker day was 32 hours. After that, I slept for 48 hours. I think this is not right. I am a tournament player and it is difficult for me to determine the time that I play, I can win a tournament, but it will take 4-5 hours, and I can lose in 20 minutes. On average I participate in 2-3 tournaments a day.

I'm a beginner and I play for fun, I don't have a clear goal to make a lot of money playing poker, poker is my hobby! Usually if I have time I can play 4-5 hours, but that's only when I have a lot of free time! If poker were the main source of income, then I would probably play 8-10 hours every day, making one day off! Good luck at the tables!
