On average, I play 4-6 hours a day. On weekends I can play for 8-10 hours. I think I play about 30-40 hours a week, which I think is a lot of time.

The casino has no windows on purpose and no clocks hang on the walls. You must keep track of the time yourself. It's even bad for your health to play for so long. The more so that the longer you sit, the more you get tired and think badly.

Sometime I would take daily activities away to play not the right way to do it ! Your right you should play with no rush and relax that's the fun of the game and if you play to munch you will get more impatient if you lose and you tend to play more tournament and you thing you will win the next or the next one and it's not the way it work! I certainly like that advise !

I am trying to put in a lot more volume these days. I wake up check out tournament selection on a few different sites, if I don't see anything right away I want to play I usually grind low stakes cash games or watch some BlackRain79 videos until the tournament schedule begins. 3-5 hours in the new year.

I find that I start getting tired around 4-5 hours of play.

That's typically the length of time I'll play for in the evenings. Any longer and my concentration starts to lapse and my game starts getting worse and worse.

Also, I find my eyes start to get strained staring at a screen for that long (after usually spending all day on a screen for work too) so that doesn't help. Suppose that wouldn't be quite as much of a problem at actual live tables though.

No more than 3 hours because of my quality game is not strong enough. I think that i need a better plan for playing tournaments. Nothing its easy.

Usually, I play for 2 hours or so, daily.
I wish I could play more but I don't really want to deposit any $.

freerolls and the $0.25-$1 spin and gos on Pokerstars, mainly.
