I generally like to play at cash tables and to feel that I begin to have good dynamics and I begin to see the hands more clearly, approximately 30 minutes will have passed. so I usually play for 3 to 4 hours. Already after 4 hours I feel that the game exhausts me and I begin to make mistakes when trying to enlarge my stack in a hurry and what I end up doing is losing part of it!
that's why for me the maximum would be. 4-5 hours per day.

I use to spend hours in freerolls and usually with patience would make it into one of the cashes, but lately the world has been so weird I dont know what happened I guess I havent played as much and now seems like I have not posted enough so lost the access to play so I do miss it, hope to get back in it somehow!

I've played 10-12 hours in larger tourneys. I'd rather play a sit n go anyday! But otherwise I enjoy playing 2-3 hours in a day.

i play 7 to 12 hours only with 5 minutes breaks hour by hour, but u have to prepare yourself with fast foods or just have a wife to bring the things to you. good luck bro! poker is sport and need to fisical and emotional control to resist all players

The longest I have played live in one day is about 14 hours. Online I think it was about 9 hours. I recall going deep in an online tournament, at the end I had been up 24 hours straight (not playing poker the whole time though).
