I can't lose my money, because I only play freerolls, and if I ventured into playing other paid tournaments, I would definitely return everything to the room, and that's what they want us to do, that's why I'm disciplined in this aspect and I don't play anything other than freerolls.

I have lost my full stack twice. I took a break both times and hated poker for a while. Then I got the itch again and jumped back in headfirst.

Many times, don't know to say how much times, specially because many times I start my bankroll after cashouts playing only freerolls.

I lost my bankroll several times. What did I do in this situation?
I just took a break for a few weeks and started all over again. The problem of players who lose their bankroll is not as complicated as it may appear at first glance. It's all about bankroll management, or rather, its absence. I recommend never spending more than 5% of your bankroll in one game session. I follow this simple principle and my bankroll grows.

Hah! Losing a substantial stack happens to me every month! I know it's wrong but doesn't feel like real money to me. Thankfully I do not need this money to live! At that point I play freerolls or any game that will give me free money and play with that until the next month. I never reload in the same month as it is part of my budgeted entertainment money. Good thing that I adhere to my own rule or I would be a broke man!

Many times, you never know how the hand will turn out. Even the best lose and there is nothing wrong with that, everyone tries to make as few mistakes as possible. You just start over.

Nervousness, impatience, overestimation of your capabilities, and in some cases just fatal card bad luck can lead to the loss of your bankroll. But it's not the end of the world—or the end of the game.Build your bankroll from scratch by starting with freerolls and free poker capital.

I try to stay calm, I generally spend the rest of the day without playing, then I try to recover what I lost.

There must be a loss. What matters is how to deal with it.
Losing is an essential part of the game, and whoever does not accept it is better to leave this field.

Many times I lost my bankroll, and the only thing I did was wait to continue working and then investing again and I made my bankroll grow, but the last time I lost it was because I had a terrible session and I got carried away by my emotions, but I have learned. .

Couple of times and because I can't deposit at this time, I play some freerolls and try to win some money.

I have never lost all my money to zero, but now I am closer to this than ever. But since I set myself the goal of never making deposits, there is only one way out - freerolls and luck. Let's start with a "clean slate". 💪

When I started to play poker, I lost 2 times my bankroll, this was the best poker lesson for me and encourages me to learn more about poker.

Lately, as soon as I start playing for real money, I constantly lose almost the entire bankroll, I have to return it playing in freerolls. I make deposits very rarely.

I was going to say "I have never lost my Bankroll!" but that is not entirely True, I did lose my Bankroll once on PKR.com, but not through playing Poker, The poker site went into Bankruptcy and everyone lost their Bankroll's.
PokerStars however came to my rescue and bought the Player database and paid out everyone that was owed money, if they agreed to join PokerStars which I already had an open account.
So actually I only lost it for a couple of months and got it all credited to my PS. Account.
If you lose your entire BR, through playing Poker, then you are way out of your depth, and should not be playing for those kind of stakes. Try reading about Bankroll Management Strategy in many books, I especially recommend Doyle Brunson's book Super System where he goes into the different strategies for playing different Poker Formats, from Cash games to MTTs. Stick to his recommendations and you can never lose your entire BR.
