Lol! Why Play! When I first started playing I was delusional and thought I was a winning player but when I started keeping records I found out I was a 2 bb per hour loser in live games. I subscribed to Crush poker and Red Chip and started winning at poker but not huge. Than Deep Stack Gary Jacobson took me under his wing and told me to study Upswing Poker and that got me to about 6 bbs per hour. Than I went to Deep Stack Gary's 4 day beta boot camp and the last 1000 hour I'm at 12 plus bbs per hour in all games from 1-2 to 10-20 NLHE live . From Vegas to Calif.

I was about $13,000 up when online poker got shut down in 2012.

I'm also about $800 up in live poker, but haven't done it much.

Since the shut down of online I'm a few hundred down.

Reading such figures here it is a shame to mention mine but here we go - from online play i am 5$ ahead but from live i am around 11.5$ behind so in a total i am around 6.5$ behind. I hope to get to the other side soon.

i am 1500$ up in 2 years with periods of extremely low volume and severe tilt issues, i have not done coaching or enough study yet. It is hard now i pay the last months rents from this money and i need to keep earning

The first 4-5 years I lost. Not much, no more than 100-200 dollars. For the last few years, I am getting a profit from the game. I think, I won about $ 1,000.

I won 25$ .This was my biggest wining but I lost 32$ in cash game.All of my little bankrool was gone that day.Very sad for me.

So far with in game money that I've actually gotten onto the sites I've played on, I am net positive $3.55 or so. Including all other poker expenses like buying tracking software and overhead I'm down like 190 bucks

Just over 1k before Black Friday when I was still learning the game

Just got back into poker two months ago and up 2k from $200 in the first month. Wish I wasn't so stupid as to withdraw it as a check, I could be winning so much more right now. The past month I've made just over $100 from freerolls being my new seed money.

I havent lost any of my money online since I build up my bankroll by playing freerolls. But I Have just gone broke last week, and gotta build up my bankroll again by freerolls

About 35k of it is MTT's at a 33 dollar ABI between three sites... carbon, ignition, and sportsbetting and around 10k of it is from cash games ranging from 25NL to 500NL. I focus much more on MTTS though and have probably played an average of 25 MTTS a week for the last 3 years. The game is beatable but getting harder by the day

I did not spend a lot of money in poker room, I play a lot of freerolls and try to win in them and replenish the bankroll, I'm in +
on poker room, I did not lose a lot of money, I just try to raise my bankroll from freerolls on the and then play cash games or tournaments but not very expensive and when the card plays well then sometimes I win!

Biggest Wins

Online I have generally stuck to micro stakes an subscriptions sites.
My biggest wins in MTT are $1000, $600, $400.

My wife won two seats to wsop 1K events with $500 cash for travel on old subscription site that has been down for years now.

I've went on some nice runs in brick and mortar casinos winning $2400 in 3 days playing 1/2 no limit. Recently I ended the night ahead on all three days I played on a Carnival cruise ship. On the ship I was also playing 1/2 no limit, but only profited $450 in three nights.

My biggest problems seems to be taking the next step.
I've never stepped up my game and tried anything larger than 1/2 no limit.

And my biggest tournament buyins have never exceeded $110 and generally I've won micro satellites to get into those.

When I play online I'm always afraid of collusion that getting cheated by the software that I end up sticking to smaller limits. When I build up a nice bankroll I end up pulling it out as I'm afraid the site might not exist in another month as I've seen so many of them crumble it hard to find one I trust holding my winnings.

So it seams as if I'm forever stuck in the mircos.
