I usually play 4 to 8 hours a day.

I have noticed that seam to do better and win more often if I take a short break between sng or short tournaments. If I am winning, it helps me keep my head and not become that arrogant dumb ass. If I am losing, it helps me to not tilt as often. At some point I just decide enough is enough for the day.

For me it depends a lot on my work. Sometimes I can play longer and sometimes I almost never play.
But if you can manage 8 hours a day then I think you are in a good way.

Hello! I invest quite a lot of time in it, since it's one of my best hobbies. I usually play around 8 to 9 hours each day and also watch final table reviews by professional players to analyse some mistakes and implement that knowledge in my game. So yeah, I like poker a lot and give it a lot of my time as well

I think about the time invested in poker like waves, sometimes I feel that I need to play a lot to experience certain situations with intensity, when I can no longer evolve from that point onwards, I start to reduce the grind and dedicate myself more to studying how to evolve certain mistakes , so the time varies, 4 hours a day 12 hours another day, 2 days of rest, I think this is healthy
