live 3x week can be upto 9hrs on tourney +cash games 2/3 hours a day online if not playing live, depending wether anthing better going on to take me away from poker really

I play fairly often on weekdays when my wife is at work. I am retired, but I can't go into any tournaments after mid-afternoon, because I have to prepare dinner, and leave the computer for my wife when she gets home. The more you play, I found the sharper I am.

Seat time is one of the most important parts of poker.

Even at the this time of the year, I will always get some table time.
Everyday preferably, but yeah, 3 or 4 times a week is good.

Depends of my bankroll If I have much money I play many hours with 5 or 6 tournaments but when I don't have money maybe 2 or 3 hours playing freerolls ,micro tournaments ,S&G or things like that

Usually i'm playing poker 3-4h depends also of my chips and my confident, if i'm falling in tilt my brains goes out, i do wrong decisions, so i need rest of this, then i'm immediately out.

How can you play 8-10 hours every day? Hey, people!!! Do you have a family? Do you have a job? I`m playing poker 2-3 hours in a day, but NOT every day. Because i have wife, children, job, friends...There are a real world. Do you forget about it? Of course, it is my personal opinion.

I play online poker for about 2 hours a day, but not every day and previously I have played about 9 hours a day. When I`m playing long time, I need breaks especially when I have played a long tournement and won some money late in tourney, and after an hour free time I can go on.

I play until I fall.

Then I read some books or re-read theory of poker and read tournament hand analysis subforum. It's usually atleast 4-6 hours, if I have free time.

Depends on the time of day if I am doing any at all and also depends on the weather. here in Ohio we have gotten a lot of rain from Sunday and Monday. so I was online playing poker almost all day. If I am not playing poker I am playing world of tanks. which is fun some times stressful though when your team don't work together at all. and they all go all there own way. so you can I'm on the computer for more then 5 hrs. the only times that I am not online playing games if I am playing my game system or I am at the gym working out.

I playing a lot every day. Several hours maybe. Play poker is the best traning, I think. Discussions don't take my time. Of cause, I read this forum and some others. But game takes more.

For online poker, its a long term plan.

Its a game of numbers and volumes.

Surely if your game is abrupt, you will miss something and would affect your game. Its true also to other games and disciplines.
