In my case, it all depends on the mood. Sometimes I play 7 days a week for 5-7 hours a day. And sometimes I don't play at all. From time to time I can take a break for a week or even more ......... I think on average I play about 4-5 hours a day.

4 hours 3 days a week plus Sundays.
Sundays are around 5-6 hours but I hope one day for it to be very long and make one of those big mtt final tables.

Before I used to play about 8 or 10 hours a day 6 times a week, but over time I have lowered the rhythm of my game and I only play about 4 hours a day between 4 or 5 times a week, the reason is because of connection problems and even I do not have a solid bench to put more volume of play as I used to do before.
