Some days are different from others. Sometimes, I can play for up to 10 hours, and sometimes it's hard to find even an hour of free time. It all depends on work. But overall, I think I play at least 25-30 hours a week.

I used to play 4-6 fast 6-max tables at my peak "pro career" online (2003-20013). Now I just play 1-3 tables of very low stakes or freerolls for fun and relaxation. In especially the Replay freerolls, the players are so SLOW that I can almost take a nap between the hands. I'm not 100% concentrated on the game, of course - but I'm not grinding online for money anymore. Besides that, the games are MUCH harder over 10NLH - in Sweden, we don't get any rakeback, bonuses, or other free stuff on the licensed sites, so I don't feel like giving them my business just to earn maybe a couple of hundred dollars a month.

I try to stay a maximum of 8 hours a day (of course if I get a straight this increases), but on the weekend this increases a lot because there are more opportunities.

I think it's important to not play when you're not feeling your best. I've had days in the past where I've thought 'tomorrow I'm going to play 8-10 hours'. But then tomorrow comes and you wake up feeling under the weather, cold, upset stomach or even if something like if you've had an argument irl say with a friend / family member / ex etc. Never works out well if you don't feel 100%.

I mostly play freerolls until I get bored. Of course, it's a penny in terms of money, but you can't lose yours. In fact, if a tournament catches on and you reach the final table, I can play until morning.
