How much time do you spent playing Poker/ Casino everyday?

If I’m feeling sharp and focused I might do two short sessions of about an hour each, just to keep my decisions clean. Other times if I’m running well or really locked in, I’ll end up grinding three or four hours straight without realizing how much time has passed.

Over the years my clock has actually gone down a bit. When I first got serious about poker I’d play long marathon sessions thinking more volume would automatically mean more results. Now I try to balance study and play, so the hours are steadier and I don’t burn out.

I play every day for 7 hours, and sometimes longer. Of course it happened to me that I did not plan to play for long, and I stayed more hours in the games than I planned.
