I started play poker last month. I'm 31 years old.
I got to know poker very late so when I got to know I already started playing for money when I was 32 years oldTiltmode1987 said:I was actually pretty old the first time i started playing poker. Its actually pretty ridiculous how i got into it. My cousin and I were playing the video game Red Dead Redemption and there is a part in the game where you get to play poker. We spent more time playing poker in the game then we did anything else. I fell in love with it. The very first time i played for real money was at Hollywood Casino in West Virginia. I bought into a $1/$2 game with $100 and ended up leaving with over $800. I had a big hand with ducks, that pot was around $500-$600. I hit a 2 on the flop giving me a set. It ended up being good and the feeling that i got when i scooped those chips was almost better than sex. I still get an incredible feeling whenever i win a big pot. Do you remember your first time playing poker? And do you remember the first time you won a real pot playing poker?
Yes, it was a freeroll for 10,000 people, I won first place, it was cool!Tiltmode1987 said:I was actually pretty old when I first started playing poker. I was in my 20's when I started playing poker. I was introduced to the game by a couple of friends after we came home from bowling. I didn't know what I was doing but I was instantly hooked. I began to play online and this was around the time that you couldn't turn on the TV without coming across poker being shown on TV. After reading some books I began to take the game seriously and it remains one of my hobbies to this day.Tiltmode1987 said:I was actually pretty old the first time i started playing poker.
