Usualy at first i ignore them , but if they are continue i call the floorman and he should handle this issue . I think this kind of persons that are bullying are not that smart .
I like also to put my headphones on and ignore them they eventually will stop bullying you and leave you alone .

On Live that would have punishment for him. On online poker i usually don't even read chat but if i did read i probably ignore. Depending on the insult i would report.

I usually have my chat window closed or on another page. People like that are not worth my time. They are trying to get under my skin and break my focus of the game. They don’t know me and I don’t know them so their chat really has no value to me.
