When I take a rest, I'm usually making some music, hanging out or cooking coming up with some original recipes.

I breathe in for example: I'm walking with a girl, or just reading books)

Poker grind can become tiring and breaks are need for mental health.
If I played professionally I would have a set day or maybe 2 per week where I didn't do anything poker related.
Go out of the house or away from the casino and enjoy interacting with people away from gambling.
If you starve yourself from these things your mind will turn to puddy.

I try to only player poker when I am completely free and don't distracted by other things. It's best to only play when you are completely free. Too much poker can really hurt your game.

I've taken rests and come back to play better. But soon after I go back to losing because of lack of discipline. Taking breaks is probably the most important part for some players

I also get tired of playing poker, and sometimes I relax from poker too, but my rest can take a day or a week, but then I continue to play further!

Hello.
I play poker almost every evening after work. Sometimes, I can take a break, after which I continue to play again. In my opinion, the sport has only a positive impact on the effectiveness of the poker player.

Hi.
Sometimes, I am taking a break for a few days. It depends on my mood. If I am tired, after work, I usually do not play poker. I am convinced that you need to play only when you have a good mood and a good sleep.
Good luck.

My opinion
Poker is my escape from doing dishes. It seems like the same ole routine every week. Dishes weekends poker on weekdays. I like it. You start getting curious bad things happen.

I relax from poker when I spend time with family and friends or play sports.

I work. Poker is my past time. During winter I play more poker. During the summer I play less poker as I pursue outdoor activities. Once in a blue moon, especially when running bad and then making many donk mistakes, I take a week or so off from poker - completely. Then I come back and take a few more beats and make some more donk mistakes. Que sera. (And one day, I'm gonna score a big win! One can always dream. ;-)

When I get very tired of poker, I take my family and a few friends and go to the fresh air in nature to fry kebabs!

I have not been playing a lot of poker lately, I seem to go on spurts where I play for a while then take a break, but I don't consider it quitting or anything. I think it's good to do different things sometimes, but I do think poker is something I will end up playing forever, it's just too much fun to stop.

I get tired too from all the donks, freerolls and other stuff from the game.. that being said.. i'm referring to hold'em.. when I start getting bored.. I'll play different games.. Omaha, Pineapple.. just to mix things up a little
