I prolly cash-out like 90-95%. With those funds, I'd seriously buy a 2nd hand Toyota Prius (That's my car choice), or a Nissan Versa (2nd choice btw). Get the wife Jewellery/Pay of all debts, and be debt free. Start rebuilding credit. Go shopping with entire fams. 2 kids/Wife/Sister In-law/Mother In-Law/My younger brothers (That's alot of shopping).

Give Mom+Mother In-Law each like $7500 each. Bank what's left over

Nope, especially where I'm living right now I would need 2-3x that to buy a house. I mean its not like its chump change but its not like its lifestyle changing either, as I indicated it would help lift the weight of being in debt but even if it all went on debt/mortgage I'd still have a partial mortgage on a house back home.

I mean 200k in some places is huge, in others it isn't, it's all relevent to the cost of living really .... but obviously I would love to win that kind of money someday but its always a longshot.
