What´s is your oppinion about the players that insult on the chat box?

My opinion is that they are fish and don't know how to play the game they think they excel at

That is my thought on most people who use the chat box to insult someone, a good player wouldn't be insulting a known fish, they would just take their chips when they finally don't get a suckout.

If the chat bothers you, just close it and play poker.

I get that a lot in 888 poker but then again they all play like fish and most the time they win with high card or low pair so when I play 888 I have to readjust my playing when I play PokerStars I prefer PokerStars but I made a bankroll on 888 it's like taking candy from a baby when playing 888 there all fishes

888 poker the players are all hillarious taking eggs and cakes and make insults all the time, I think that they do that because they are there not to win but just to play like a child.

Pokerstars

I have been playing there for a long time and I am sure that they are very afraid of good players who are not with them. They do everything to stop the players. Pokerstars steals, and they get away with it. Pokerstars specifically do whatever you lose.

It is possible that this may be a provocation, to psychologically beat down the opponent. The main thing is not to pay attention to it, but better concentrate on the game. In the extreme case, disable the chat.

It really is unpleasant when we receive or witness this kind of attitude at the tables. I once suffered racism in a freeroll just because I won a pot.

Use the block chat by right-clicking on the player's seat, or if you prefer, call the moderator by clicking on the tab icon in the center of the table.

Just block chat & move on. Remember bein 12 can be rough, but it's not really your problem, so just ignore it.

I do not pay attention to inadequate players! in most cases it's a fish, and I just feel sorry for them !!!

Offensive players are very much in tournaments especially in freerolls and most of them write when I win chips from them, I ignore these players and close the chat so that I do not watch what they write, you just need to ignore such players and concentrate on game poker!

I do not particularly like that type of behavior ... I think poker is a game in which we all know that you can win but you can also lose ... to be insulting from my point of view is a lack of respect towards all those who are at the table .... I almost never use the chat while I play ...

I like reading the chats in the chat window so when a player is offensive I just block that player. That is one thing I really like about playing the CC freerolls, everyone is very polite and friendly, you never have to block anyone.

You can just ignore but also use it :
- if he's on you right, make him tilt! He will just be more easy to catch ;
- use it to diffuse wrong information related the move on purpose, and a funny trash talk will catch more attention to other ppl at the table (who maybe doesn't constantly pay attention to each hand)

Personally, I can't handle myself to trash a trasher

At skypoker no one uses the chat box except very rarely. Think it's better that way. Maybe the omaha people are calmer.
Other sites seem to get plenty of nhggfu type comments. Best ignored.

Chat in online poker is pretty much non-existent to me. So, if you say something to me, odds are I won't see it.

What's the point?? Would they do it in live games?? Biggest problem with online activities is that there are generally no repercussions.

I never say real mean stuff, dont want it said to me, so i dont say it to them! Once and a grate while ill say that was a donk move or donk call but that is rare for me!!

This is exactly why I keep my chat turned off. I don't need people talking nonsense at the table. It is just bad form. I am there to focus on poker and not engage in belittling/trash talking/cursing people out, like some of the overgrown immature children sitting at the table.

I have no patience for someone who doesn't know how to control themselves at the table. Overall you know the risks of the game, don't play it if you can't handle the loses. It just makes that person throwing a tantrum look so much worse than just a bad player.
