I do need to WV I really dont get why AK both suited an un suited are losers and also JJ!

45k is my sample size WV
Well, 45K is rather small actually. I thought you played that many hands a month so I was expecting a much larger sample. Take a look at your biggest losing hands with each one and see what you're doing wrong.

first month I have tried for this amount of hands per month. I have other hands on my other laptops but I just started using this one since december.

I shall check again next month see if I have made it into the green with these hands I just looked at a few of my hands and im hitting TPTK and running into sets or straights on later streets

This month is so depressing me.
I feel like I suck all the time. I can'twin, it's my fault and i just can't play a winning style of poker anymore.

I make wrong decisions all the time, call off when I'm dominated, run bluffs when I shouldn't (which is basically always). etc etc

If I wasn't so completely and utterly obsessed with winning money I would've quit a long time ago.

And I feel like it's probably the best if I could just bring myself to quit now.

dude, just try playing a solid tight style for a while and gradually incorporate moves here and there when you feel the timing is right and you get more confident in your hand-reading, if even that. hell, you can make money at small stakes just playing super straight forward, never bluffing, c-betting some but not a ton, and betting when you hit. pay attention to HUD stats/reads, put your opponents on ranges. if a nit raises, you're allowed to fold. if a nit raises pre and keeps betting, they have at least TPGK, ofter an overpair and you can fold your weaker top pairs easy. most plays from most players mean what they're supposed to mean. give credit most of the time, especially out of position. you can be an absolute super nit out of position and do fine

you make money by doing things better than your opponents, lose money by doing worse. just being intelligent doesn't automatically make you $, you have to actively outplay them or let them outplay themselves by being idiots. you're probably making spewier bluffs and plays than many of your opponents, and that's canceling out everything you do better than them. the #1 leak at low stakes is overvaluing marginal hands and disregard for position, and those are the main things you should be taking advantage of to make monies

you played that hand fine though, that stuff is just gonna happen sometimes. other thing i should have mentioned is just the brutal nature of variance. its ez to get ****ed for thousands of hands, but if you keep putting in the volume and just get a little more consistently solid and less eratic with your play, your long-term graph will go up and that's all there is to it yo. if you feel like you're playing well but you're losing for days, it's probably mostly variance. the problem comes when you know you're spewing and not playing as well as you could be. just focus on what you can control

don't give up!

It's hard to put in the volume and you just keep losing and losing.
The day I permanently dropped down I had a +7 buy in day since then I've lost that all back plus 4 more. It just demoralizes me to shit. It probably doesn't do wonders for how I play either so putting in the volume might be fine to combat variance but it certainly won't improve my tiltspew, if there is any I don't really know. I probably call of too light sometimes when I'm semi tilted and lose extra stacks that way.

But this doesn't give me all that much confidence that I can be a winning player tbh. Also there's the freaky thing of my red&blue lines being consistently skewed over my entire career. Which leads me to believe I am doing something wrong, or out of the ordinary or just plain weird. Around 55k where the red and blue lines go a lot steeper is where I moved to 25nl. Around 75k is probably where I'm back at 10nl.

most of your blue line collapse is over the last 25k-ish hands, so unless you think youre doing something really differently or just tilting way more, it's probably a lot of variance and getting coolered. tighten up OOP both preflop and postflop, don't call off as light especially vs. people who haven't shown a real propensity for bluffing, and don't tiltspew?!!

you'll turn it around bro

I'm pretty sure that's when eNTy moved to 25nl as the red goes up faster also. He's always been steady NSD, but losing at showdown, much more so at 25nl. So maybe something that worked well enough at 10nl isn't working at 25nl?

Enty, keep focussed dude. It seems like a lot of variance to me. Look your still in the green for the month, be thankful for that. It seems to me, that ppl think they just can have winning months no matter what. It just doesn't happen! PLay the long term game, and stop being results orientated. If after say 50k hands or more your still dropping buy ins, then ask for a sweat or something, see if there's any leaks. GL mate.
