I believe that addiction comes precisely from the possibility of earning a lot of money.

Just like other sports, it has its disadvantages, poker is no different, the pressure for results is enormous, especially at the highest limits, the stress of a bad beat is difficult, among other issues that only professional players can overcome and remain at the high level of the game. game.

Weird, sounds like some of the potential pitfalls of a large number of activities associated with everyday life. Wonder if one could apply common sense like one does in real life? ;)

Yes, poker is very unhealthy because we are in the same position for a long time If you play on a computer, take a break every hour and try to exercise in the morning or afternoon, no matter when, but do it because if you play poker for several years and don't exercise you will understand how your body weakens poker can also affect your mood very much so just try to play with money you don't mind

even a million is not enough for a millionaire, he runs again and again in search to destroy himself, something similar happens when playing poker with many, I emphasize not with all, but with MANY

It is a bottomless time pit for most players usually with a negative return on the investment. It also attracts the worst of the worst personality types and often fosters an extremely toxic playing environment, which preys on players' personal insecurities and creates a vicious cycle like a black hole sucking in everything around it. It's beautiful and destructive.

Hello, that's right, poker is not a game that has physical interaction but it does have mental interaction, which I recommend doing exercises when you don't play to stay in shape, which will keep you in shape both physically and mentally. Regarding money, only play with money that is not relative to the money you use, good bankroll control. Regarding humor, I recommend taking a break when you lose, you will see that you will come back renewed and enjoy the game.

I think the most prelavent problem is mental health. Imagine you loose a lot of money.

This sounds like you might need a break or maybe even some help with your game try this:
And if that don't work for you seek some professional help for the tears, depression and panic.

Poker can cause a bad mood due to the luck factor that exists in other people, but I think it is not bad. I do consider it a sport where many skills are applied and if you are good you can get good profits as well as quite a few famous people. that exist! Greetings

There are pros and cons to any business. The main thing is to use the advantages. And try not to fall into the downsides.

I think poker is an addiction if you treat poker like playing a slot machine at the casino.
If you don't understand the game, you will generally lose more than you will win.
This happens to what are called "recreational players" who, because they have money, play to have fun and, if possible, logically win something. And they end up losing large amounts of money, because where they sit at a table against 5 regular players, out of 100 hands they play they will lose 90.
Greetings:):):)

Absolutely wrong impression :)
You probably think so because in general you lead an unhealthy lifestyle. Poker does not need a lot of money because you can always find good freerolls for yourself. A bad mood occurs when a player lacks patience and discipline and when a player does not follow bankroll management. As for physical activity, each of us has a 5-minute break during which we can do physical exercises :)
