Does anyone have a preference between playing Live events or Online?

honestly I haven't had a chance to play live, I really want to get to play, but the buy-ins in these types of tournaments are too big for my pocket

both have their charm and their advantages, online it is easier to pay big pots while live you can better study the reactions of the players

I prefer live poker because if I am playing live, I am on vacation and enjoy playing poker just for the entertainment value.

I play both at the same time whenever I go to the poker club in my city I open the table on PokerStars or another game app and start playing on both at the same time.

For the sake of variety, I would play a couple of times live, but still I prefer to play online, as here I can have a more varied session.

The game is not over the Internet more interesting on the human side, but it is very slow. To make money in poker for a simple regular, playing online is more suitable.

But are you enjoying the live, or focused? Reading the live game and playing accordingly?

Yeah true. I found the same. I’ve made more playing online than I’ve done live. But there’s more excitement and enjoyment of playing live.
If only the bankroll can permit To playing bigger live events, we’d make a lot more live. [emoji16]

Live is boring but more profitable for me. More tells for sure. Online feels more pressure by constantly having quality hands run into quality hands. I like them both just differently.

Live is more realistic, tangible. You can use all your senses to create advantage. Big disadvantage it is too slow.
Online is much faster and have its charm too.

Bottom line: i prefer both, for different reasons.

I only play online because I don't actually have the opportunity to play live. Although in my opinion, the live game is more interesting.

Cash Games: Live, because I can "hit and Run".
Tournaments: Online, because I can play it cheaper, mainly freerolls.
