great start switch buddy !!

-3.5BI day today, didnt play well in my second session AGAIN!! Thought I was like 2 BI's up in my last session but only $15 bucks. These $10/$20 losing pots are absolutely crippling my winrate and I dont know what to do about them.

What happened to this: "I will be using the BR strategy by only looking at session results/bankroll/cashier once a week and reviewing this to help with tilt control." ??????

Today I made the decision that I will be putting my two weeks notice in on the 15th of this month. This summer will be spent playing poker and going to the beach before I have to move away for grad school in the fall.

Yeah, I wanted to look at hands throughout my session which I had messed up and how I could improve.
I think I have found the major problems and will follow that now WV.

weird thing happened....maybe I'm just going crazy but todya I'm in the 8$ rebuy, and I rebuy during the first hand while I'm holding AQ and it says it will be added when the hands over. But I ended up doubling up with TPTK and winning a more than 3k pot...so my rebuy should be cancelled ..right? Well at the end of the hand I had 4.7k and it said KingCurtis67 rebought....weird? or is this what always happens

Isn't the first hand allowed to immediately rebuy ?
Say tourney starts, you start with 1.5k chips, you rebuy and you get an extra 1.5k, without playing a hand first. Like a double rebuy. Or is this something else?

Getting used to the new stuff. Software, table layouts, etc.
It does seem like I'm getting a lot less hands/hour probably because I'm used to being on fast tables while I play a normal session.

I don't really know what to think of the villains yet. Some big nits of course but it does seem like I've come across less fishy maniacs as on Stars. In general I'd say it's less fishy than stars. But bonus and rakeback is nice, now I just need to win at poker

Oh it's sorta tilting not having table ninja anymore, I guess I'd better spring for full tilt shortcuts. ATM I'm only running an urgent table AHK script.

That is the urgent table AHK script I said I was using earlier. I don't really like it that much tbh. I'll see what I do, it's not unbearable playing like this anyway.

There's only one problem with this, as I found out today. What happens when you think you've hit a stop loss? You're forced to look.

Otherwise, I think it's a good idea to forgo looking at results in order to maintain a steady outlook and balance.

If you have lost 4 months in a row at rings, why aren't you playing nl10 until you fix up the leaks? Microstakes are where you learn how to play and how to beat up on bad players...you aren't going to make money at nl10 or nl25 or even really nl50, but they set the foundation for playing higher.

You coudl try micro HU sngs ($15 and less or whatever) for a bit of variation...pretty sure those would be impossible to lose at. Whatever you do you need to sort it out, coz you have the drive to play and the motivation to improve...just need discipline (unless something has drastically changed since 2 months ago).

And i'm sure you get sick of hearing all this, but all you have to do is get over the lack of discipline that leads to spew and you'll see a VAST improvement imo.

I'm on a HU sng mission myself, Enty. If you'd like we could attack them together. I took a couple shots at the $23's today...bt the $6.25's and $11.50's are hella easy.
