Well I'll always get coaching as long as there's someone better than me (and as long as I can afford it). I don't know why you see it as a finite type thing, like I get coached x hours and I'm set. I guess there's a point where I could theoretically learn enough for coaching no longer to be worth it for me, but as long as I have money lying around and there's potential to improve at a far greater pace than I normally would, I'll be getting coaching (or at least sweating with ebuddies).

Right now I just need to get back to the basics because the way I play is just too spazzy and ****ed up atm. BW teaches not so much a basic style, but he builds from the ground up, often in ways I wouldn't even think about.

When u 3bet I had 28s so no worries :D
And the pot u won with 99s was on the turn right ?
I had KQos and u didn't fold to cbet, then bet turn after I checked on like a T high board with 2 d's and 2c's right ?

Also when I 9 or 8 table the chatbox is so small there's room for like 1 line of chat there and it disappears mucho fast with all the adverts and dealer chat :(.

ftp support once again proves that it is the most incompetent thing on the net

i emailed them about a betpot script and they replied :

Hello XXXXXXXXXXXX,

Thank you for your email.

The use of any software or website that gives players an unfair advantage is not allowed. This includes the following types of software and websites:

* Those that calculate hand strength and make recommendations on betting actions during play or tournament end-game analyzers. While some poker programs are legitimate teaching tools, they can only be used while logged out of the Full Tilt Poker software.

* Those that contain statistics derived from hands in which you did not participate. However, programs or sites that track and analyze hands that you played are permitted.

* Instant messaging systems, including Windows Live Messenger and Google Talk, which allow players to share hole card information.

* "Bots", which are automated poker-playing programs that make decisions and execute actions.

Players who use prohibited software or websites on Full Tilt Poker may have their accounts permanently closed and their outstanding balance forfeited to compensate victims.

For more information on our policies about third-party software or website use on Full Tilt Poker, please visit: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/prohibited_programs.php

Good luck at the tables, XXXXXXXXX, and if there's anything else we can assist you with, please contact us.

Regards,

Ben

so ofcourse i have to email them to ask if they even know what a betpot script is and ofcourse they fail again :

Hello XXXXXXXXXXXX,

Yes we know what a bet pot script is.

Good luck at the tables, XXXXXXXXX, and if there's anything else we can assist you with, please contact us.

Poker is cruel..
Yesterday -$100, today +$90.

More grinding later imo cause I'm feeling good about my game.
I still need to learn to not stack off too light though.

Example:
CO: $14.12 (56.5 bb)
BTN: $55.55 (222.2 bb)
Hero (BB): $25 (100 bb)
UTG+1: $5 (20 bb)
UTG+2: $3.15 (12.6 bb)
MP1: $21.95 (87.8 bb)
MP2: $25.29 (101.2 bb)
MP3: $35.74 (143 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BB with Q:club: Q:spade:
4 folds, MP3 calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, BTN calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.50, MP3 calls $1.25, CO folds, BTN calls $1.25

Flop: ($4.75) 5:spade: 4:diamond: 8:club: (3 players)
Hero bets $3, MP3 raises to $13.75, BTN folds, Hero raises to $23.50 and is all-in, MP3 calls $9.75

Turn: ($51.75) 3:heart: (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($51.75) K:club: (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results: $51.75 pot ($2.58 rake)
Hero showed Q:club: Q:spade: (a pair of Queens) and lost (-$25 net)
MP3 showed K:diamond: K:spade: (three of a kind, Kings) and won $49.17 ($24.17 net)

I'm like never ahead against that kind of bet :(

That's totally villain dependent, and if villain is limp/calling KK from MP I'm usually more than happy to stack that flop b/c they usually play 8x, 99-JJ the same way.

I agree but he was unknown at the time so probably better to fold.
Even if i'm only giving credit for sets.

sigh wish i had seen that prop bet, some people are taking prop bets to the extreme now and are making ones that are like 99% impossible. Someone here needs to make a similar prop bet so ican bet againt and win some easy monies.

(as long as the person isnt the hustla combu)

I'll do a prop bet, 1k hands in a day I'll give you 99:1 odds. Odds of my internet dying/power going out/getting sick/injured/meteor strike/robbed for the day has to be more than 1% :).
