Definitely right, in a nutshell this is why:

you have a big hand, you want money in the pot, you don't want any street to go ch/ch because of the exponential betting, you are in a classic float spot where you'll look weak. Practically no hand that would ch/f the turn is going to pay you off on any river, just bet.

-7BI, yes -7, nights are the shiznae, only one stack i can think of that was spew, i love it when you get tricked into thinking its your night by being dealt a constant stream of AK/AQ/AJ's only to miss the flop completely 90% of the time and get your cbet min-raised by the 70/2 donks, i've played 21k hands now over 10nl FR and 6max and i'm down $35 FML

Every time I came back from over a buy in loss I get stacked again. Like 5 times in the course of the 800 hands session. The last one was flopped set after 3betting big pre, vs KQ who turned the gutshot.

Oh well, it is a lot more fun and I can see when you are running hot/not being bad beated or shoving with A high the profits are bigger and faster. You get paid off a lot more than in nut peddle land.

hmm I don't ususally place too much stock in timing tells but don't you think he'd think for a bit on whether to bluff with total air/missed draws? I'm actually kinda surprised he wouldn't think before checking back his trips, but generally I think a quick check is a mid-strength hand and after the action before this he's never folding a mid-strength hand to your river bet, no matter how large you make it .

yea, villain would never fold a pair on that board and you beat almost everything that doesn't have a pair.

I almost instantly lose 5 buy ins everytime i play now it seems, and it is really killer coz i am having to play such super long sessions to get unstuck. Played more over the last two days (and made basically nothing) than i did over all of March. Seriously getting sick of swingy sessions and losing...have like 0 confidence atm even though i *think* i am playing fine.

Have this stupid bonus thing i am trying to clear on party so basically forcing myself to play even tho i really don't want to...if i hadn't invested so much time in it i would just say **** it, especially considering i seem to swing like 4x the bonus in a given session anyways.
