What's yours monthly limit you can lose in poker?
What's yours biggest lose?
How much time is gone after you started to
play profitably?

For now,i took a pause in real cash playing, cause lose my limit of 50$ per month.
Firstly, I'm gonna improve my skills and upgrade the knowledge about poker.
freerolls - i'm at home!

Can't remember how long it took me to become a winning player, I first deposited in about 2009 on PokerStars. I do know that I didn't lose much, so I don't think it took me too long. I rarely deposited much as I would build up my bankroll successfully before cashing out. My only regret in poker is not handling my tilt better when I was younger, because I would make a load of money, and then go on a downswing and rather than tilt it all off, I'd cash out my winnings. Repeated this a few times over the years.

I didn’t even imagine that I needed some kind of money limit for the game. At first I’ll try to use the money I just won on freerolls. I am not able to play with my money. These are irreparable expenses for me.

For now, I'm not the only one penning money. and I, in turn, have reached the limit set by me, that is, $ 75 ,i also put it on the month ,if I win something with them, it's very good if I don't focus on freerolls.

I have a pretty reasonable "gambling" bankroll, but most of it stays in the bank (the real brick and mortar bank). I have no illusions that I'm ever going to make a lot of money at poker, so my goal is simply to stay in the game. If I start losing more money than I'm comfortable with then I drop down (or temporarily move up) limits or change games. I find that full-ring OMHL cash games are great for generating steady, but slow income, so that's my fallback when I'm in a NLHE downswing.

Oddly, and I don't actually recommend this, temporarily moving up to a higher limit game can have a positive result. I've done it a number of times and it "almost" always works for me. You have to have the "gambling" bankroll in reserve though to be able to do this. Don't try it with your last buy-in unless you are happy to keep it your "last" buy-in if things don't work out the way you hope. (I actually did that a number of years ago, busted, and left poker for years before returning.) Once you regenerate your "poker site" bankroll drop back down to the "safer" limits.

I have different approach to play only freerolls since i have bankroll for normal MTTs so technically i am on plus side since i started playing. Regarding loosing limits - you should just not deposit more than you can afford to loose without any problem. Everybody has some money to spend for fun every month. Just consider poker as fun and use part of these money to play.

Recently, in an interview with the Argentine player Damian Salas, who reached the final table in the wsop maintenance event (2017), said that "the poker career is like an EKG"
You will always have ups and downs, the good thing is knowing how to stay in good times!

I haven't lost that much in many years!

I play poker in three venues - live home games, live casino poker rooms, and online. Bankroll management is important for players who are committed to making a living at poker. For me, poker is recreation. Having said that, I still aim to win, regardless of the stakes. I can play for pennies and still be excited to finish a session with more chips than I started. Most of my games are small stakes.
Playing more free rolls would help my online bankroll, but I have not found suitable times to match my lifestyle.

My method to not losing is to avoid depositing. Firstly I play as many freerolls as possible then from what I win on freerolls, I will play sattelites into main money game tournaments that give me great opportunity to winning money.

If you lose 10% of the bankroll, I carefully analyze my game, do the work on the wrong decisions. Either I go to the limit below, or I continue to grind.

Tight on the bankroll..

Averaging win/losses in a month, I probably drop $30-$25. Biggest loss was $175. I don't play the cash games, that's how to lose your BR quickly.
There are enough tourneys, freerolls to keep me playing, without the stress of worrying about my bankroll.

In most cases, I play in freerolls, so I do not actually spend my own money on the game. The money I win in freerolls is enough for me to play in tournaments.

My limit has lost anybody, but once a quarter I cannot avoid a tilt that lasts for several days, and I will lose everything clean until I regain control.

I withdrawl more than i deposite. Back when PokerStars was one of the few poker sites, My very first deposite was $500.00 but then after that I withdrew 1 time a year and thats was before Christmas time and just kept going. There was a few years santa might have had to go short on toys had it not been for my poker earnings.

I also stay out of the cash tables i play only sit n gos and tournaments(love tournaments).

AI Bots

What are the good sites to play on with fewer AI players. Years ago I feel like poker sites werent so filled with AI players, there was a lot more human players. Every site I have tried in the past couple years have been full of bots.. Dont get me wrong they are definitely beatable, but you can guarantee there is always 1-5 AI players in the top 10.

The sites that I have found limited AI(bots) are fewer and further in between but also cannot fill up a minium player registary to start a tournament.

Anyone know of any good sites? Im on BETONLINE now and every table has 3 bots on it waiting for you to be stupid enough to call them...

for now, i didt invest any cent in poker, i only play freerolls, but when i do it, you must dont loose more than 5% of your bankroll per day

I play poker a lot but recently about 6 months ago I started to dedicate myself to full house, I think I never had a very big loss, the maximum would have been 100 dollars since I never deposited either haha I was lucky to win a community tournament for the value of 165usd and from there I always kept my stack
