That sucks Sean, but just keep at them, they don't always get there. I mean the number one problem that most of these players have is that they call too much, so naturally sometimes they're going to outdraw you. Sucks when it happens but it's more than made up for when it doesn't.

For the record, I'm also well below all-in EV but that just means that when the variance train swings my way the heater's going to be amazing.

Yeah that QQ hand just blew as you can imagine. The Variance Train has been treating me like it found me in bed with it's wife

You can never fold here! The dead money basicly means you should even call if he fliped his card over .

fwiw orange, I never fold KK preflop here. When you're against unknown players at $10 there's too much of a chance that they're doing this with QQ, even JJ or any Ace. And when it's against someone you know, there's a chance they're doing this with QQ/AK simply because they know that they're repping AA to you.

Looks to me like you're the one doing the owning. You got your $$ in good both times and they got lucky. I only wish that when I got that unlucky I was fortunate enough to be against a shorty.

Didnt quite manage a comatose gutter this year. Still though, the only ones that mess around with green paint, green pints and green rivers are the yanks. The Irish are usually too busy drinking to be messing like that.

Tryed adding some tables to day. Whent pretty well managed to win money and had more time then i thought to think.
And i actualy managed to win both at showdown and non showdown pots .

However I agree with you that statistically seems like big pairs run up against each other more than they should.....maybe its just because of the massive amount of hand we play......I was 8-10 tabling and I think u were 6 so we were looking at 1000 or so hands per hour, that is what 3 days playing live.

2nd time is always a charm for some reason. Only managed to get in like 400 hands in my early session due to my sister stopping over, but 10NL went much better this time. 400 hands, +$27, so long 5NL for good hopefully. And hopefully, 25NL and Silverstar by the end of the month.

It really doesn't. You just remember very clearly each time it does more so than most other preflop all in situations.

But yeah i think the volume thing is spot on, we do play a shedload of hands so unlikely things in a casino will seem to happen a lot more online, the last live tournament i played i went out on the first hand of the final table with KK vs AA so i'm not going to be shouting rigged from the rooftops just yet lol, you owned me later on anyways and that was nothing to do with luck, i wont go into details but i think it was AK vs JJ, nice hand sir

Just been looking at Ben Grundy's (aka Milky bar kid) PLO graph for last year playing $50/$100. Over 44k hands he has won $2.7 million so sick . He looks like the most timid person you could imagine to see at a poker table!
