Lots of things can motivate you. I,m sure that most of the people is motivated by the money. But i also know some kind of people who just love to win tournaments. Some of them are dreaming of big wins in live tournaments and of course of the fame and glory. This is their motivation.
I think most of the normal people just want to play some poker after the job and win sometimes.

I always liked card games and I'm always trying to improve at them. There is just so much thinking and that makes attractive to me. Especially at poker there are so much things to think about - from playing the best as you can with your cards to playing the best as you can from reads of your opponents. I'm striving for improvement and that is my motivation.

Want motivation to play poker ??? Money is yours motivation , if winning is already motivated, when we lose we think that we lose because we are not motivated enough to win.
When we lose we must be motivated to win and reverse our results, many players do this by insisting on the error, instead of stopping ...
That mistake leads to bigger losses, so we should rather be motivated to play, but we must have control of when we should stopped, this is the difference of a prepared player and an inexperienced beginner.
