Really money is the most common motivation all of us, also I like to speaking in pokerchat during the game. There is also one motivation-get new friends, the most interest-friends from other countries!

Before motivation you have to set right time to play poker, and make it like a habit, and u need to train yourself everytime by praciticing if u really want to win tournaments you have to sit at least 12 hours , if you want to be at final table and win , who knows may be only after 3 hours playing you will start play tournament and till it will finish it will take 9-10 hours, if you got so much time to involve and if the prize pool make sense, you can make it. However its not easy to stay open minded all 10 hours, when it comes 5-6 hours you dont want to play and after you loose time over time you loose your motivation, only the to get motivation its never givip up thats all, thats main difference outstanding person is never giving up!
