Dramatic story of 9 poker players lives leading to the final table of a major tournament. Although 9 stories is hard to follow, it’s why they cut back/removed a real life character from the movie “fire in the sky”, too many characters and stories is too many, perhaps two characters at the end could be so well known they don’t need a back story, but you get the idea

The drama could be the sacrifices they all made to get there. And how poker is a craft with hard work and real life struggles. And how even min cashing at a final tournament changed their lives for the better.

Zero violence and compelling characters.
