I play about 3-4 hours a day. Overall, I've been playing poker for 6 years.

i am playing the game since a very long time, but just casually.
I dont think time is the factor in classifying one pro or noob.
More likely imo someone can be considered pro if he makes his living exclusively from poker or not.

A recent international survey found that approximately 20% of players gamble purely for fun (recreational players, including beginners and amateurs), about 63% consider themselves serious players (earning some money but not making a living exclusively from poker) without being financially dependent on the game, and around 17% (professional players) derive a significant portion or all of their income from poker.
Among professional players, it is common to see routines involving 30 to 40 hours of play per week, in addition to time spent on analysis and study. The average player plays two or three times a week, with sessions lasting about 45 minutes.

Until February I was playing every day, starting at 10-11 am and registering for tournaments until 6-8 pm, stopping when I finished the last tournament. But my knee got bad from sitting so much. Now, I play from 4 pm onwards and participate in fewer tournaments.

It depends on the format. For cash games, I usually play 1–3 hours per session. For tournaments, I set aside much more time since a deep run can easily last 5–8 hours or longer.

I'd rather play a shorter session with full focus than grind for hours when I'm tired.

I don't play much now, but I played for about 10 years, and I was definitely a winning player, either when I was tilting early in a session, or when I should have won but didn't because I was unlucky, or when I should have won but the other players weren't good enough to realize they should have folded to my bluffs, or when I played badly but knew I was playing badly, so those don't count because they're not a very accurate representation of my skill.

I’ve been playing poker for 11 years, but for me it’s just a hobby. About 99% of the time I play freerolls, and I only play for real money occasionally. If your goal is to make money, I’d recommend playing for real money from the very beginning. In my opinion, that’s the only way to turn poker into a source of income.

Trust me always use any given freeroll, free tickets or bonuses no matter how pro you are, observe in ggpoker you play a freeroll or free tickets with people with 500,000 USD overall win and more,
