Omaha Is better than Holdem!

Been playing PLO high and it’s harder to bluff with small bet at the river. As there are lot of decent hands at the river that will call and it’s hard to figure out a bluff as player can have so many 4 hand combo that you can go back and figure it out like you can in hold em. It’s more of a calling game

I love PLO tournaments. Almost always I get money, a lot of fishes who are trying to use their Holdem strategy and go all-in pre-flop. Omaha is a flop game. But cash games are not stable for me yet. High variance is a big issue for me

I prefer Omaha cause it,s more complecated game and there are less bad beats if you play correctly.

YES it's better. 4 cards means more chances of winning for you but also MORE chances of winning for opponents.

Both hold em and Omaha are good games. In Omaha I just expect to get drawn out
on all the time, so being more selective helps. The pots get bigger faster in Omaha so I like
to give it a whirl when I can. Omaha 8 is good too. Its pretty hard to bluff in either one, but not impossible. So which game is better...?. Im on the fence with this one.

I like Omaha better more action and a lot of people don't know how to play it so it is still really profitable. I also like PLO8 a lot of people don't understand it either so if you do you can be very profitable in that once you learn it.

I like Omaha better because it's not boring waiting for action, no time waste. And you make flops and challenges easier.

This thread seems like deja-vu, lol. PLO is chock full of action on every street of every hand. It's my favorite cash-game, by far. I love looking down and seeing 3 or possibly 4 different starting hands. Easier to make the better hands, too: quads, str8 and royal flushes.

Omaha is OK. Getting to choose 2 cards out of 4 makes the average winning hand stronger than in Hold 'Em. I still prefer Hold 'Em because I don't like adding even more variance to an already tough game. I'd like to try Crazy Pineapple since I like the idea of starting with 3 cards and getting to discard one after the flop. I think that would really open up the starting hands quite a bit instead of folding so much in Hold 'Em.

Unfortunately, I don’t have time to master several different games at the same time. Because I prefer Hold'em. Omaha is too unpredictable for me.

Poker has a very good dynamic I'd say Omaha opens up many possibilities when we see a FLOP and this makes the game much more tiring because we have much more odds odds and ultimately much more actions to be made in a OMAHA game

But the Texas Hold'em has its beauty guaranteed because the game with two cards allows us to play with more bluffs than OMAHA I would say that each has its particular charm in time to play

PLO is a great game.
We should set up a Cardschat buy-in game, say $2.20.
Play that game and it will help you play NLHE better. You will get more experienced at reading boards and hands.
