I definitely prefer holdem, I tried to play omahe a few times and she didn't encourage me, now I play omahe and other variations only when there are some interesting freerolls.

They say Omaha is like Holdem on steroids because you hit bigger, more valuable hands more often. In Holdem quads is extremely rare, but in Omaha it's commonplace. Allows for big aggression, bad beats, and huge pots.

It's a fun game, but Holdem will always be the "serious player" game because of how small the margin of error is.

I’ve been a huge Hold Em fan, but recently started playing Omaha Hi and I love it. PLO! Hi/Lo is a no go.
