Twenty twenty brought me into the wide world of internet poker. I never thought about it much due to work and i usually played live games for many years. But the past year i had more time at home and i took poker to the next level. I was a decent live player, rarely did i lose any money or win any, til the lock down began and i was layed off. I took the time to work on my game and really see if i knew the game like i thought i did. Really improved my game by a lot. Did it do the same for you? let us know im sure there will be a great story in there somewhere.

Hi, probably not. After all, I am almost always at home, and perhaps (most likely) the pandemic has positively affected my game.

This will be the first full month when I 'll have money and time for trying myself as an online player, and it is just because the pandemic-situation. Is it selfish to say that? Probably. But I like the fact that this hobby actually can step up more, and even have more chances to play and gain me as a poker player.

Hello.
Undoubtedly, in 2020 I achieved a lot and was able to significantly improve my skills, but I believe that without a pandemic, my result would not be worse than it is now.

It helped me advance in poker because I had more time to take my poker to the next level through short-time work.

For me, pandemic has changed nothing. I hasn't hurt my main work and my poker experience. I work without a contract and play poker online only (there are no live games in my area).

It helped because by spending more time at home I was learning more, reviewing my game and what I feel I learned the most was by watching the transmissions of players on twitch and my game was improving by seeing their game and understanding it:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:

Hello, Eagleaces. I am retired and am a home body. Being able to play most of the time, it really did not effect me personally. However, it logically had to affect the number of people playing. Therefore, more people, more competitors.

All I can say is the pandemic has made me get more chances in playing online poker. Just generally more opportunity in events and more time.

It help, it made me realize that we only live once and we can die quickly so do what you love and don't waste time so I tried playing and all casinos where close and before the pandemic when they were open I would let time pass, now I know poker is more precious than I thought. Then I played a tournament online and won it (since casinos where close I played a lot of online and learned how to make it to final tables on MTT and have been doing that since, then I started to really go for 1st 2nd and 3rd place prices)and that tournament thought me a lot, specially that it's okay to fold AA and lose most your chips, and don't lose your temper which I'm good at and never lost it, keep folding my bad luck away with little chips left but soon after made my stack back up, then back up to chip leader, wanted to split with second place but he got disconnection issues and I eventually got first place. it taught me and verify a lot of things, faith and believe and not to worry.

For me at this time, the game remained at the same level. Nice is the fact that there are more players and the games have become more interesting
