As I am just a recreational player who plays freerolls on my laptop for hours at a time, I do not know Phil Galfond. But his blog on his website philgalfond.com, is one of the most interesting blogs I have come across. It really takes you inside the mind of one of the best players out there and the challenges he faces on AND off the tables. Like I said, I don't know the man, but figured I'd put the word out in case any of you would be interested.

I'm not breaking any rules by promoting a non-CardsChat thing, am I?

lol @ Aldito. If i copied my stats from my HUD you'd believe me. Just thought I'd share an interesting read. I get bored with blogs with endless HH's and things like that, but this one takes you inside the guy's mind and real life challenges he faces. I wish I had some of the life challenges that a pro with a few 100k bankroll has, but interesting to read regardless.

Another good one to read is Andrew Brokos blog > 'Thinking Poker'
Used to be a coach on PokerSavvy vids. (not sure if he's still doing that these days?).

His blog has been very good lately. Not a big reader of stuff like that but was told it worth a read so checked it out.
