Physical exercises and a shower in the morning are very conducive to energy, and of course the results of the game will be greater.

Of course physical exercises improve your game, you will have a better physical condition soon you will be more comfortable with 6, 7 or up to 9 hours of play.

It's important the physical exercise, as well eating, sleeping, listen to your inner voice, recognize your strengths and weaknesses, clear your mind, perceive that you are an enlightened person and enjoy the moment.

Thanks for your question! ;)

Sport is a key element of good mind and health.
it helps me keep my body in good shape, which helps me to play in tournaments a lot of time
so if you want to feel better about yourself in play for many time
so you need to do exercises.
it will help you improve your health and your game

It is natural that, physical exercises or work, improve the work of the brain. Good blood circulation has not been prevented by anyone. The main thing is that this was not over the norm. Otherwise, then it will be just fatigue and will not be willing to play.

I have never noticed a trend in my physical workout and my results at the poker table but I know that exercising improves the ability to stay focus for longer and therefore it would make sense that it would improve the ability of making better decisions at the poker table.

I went from 120kg and am now 75kg.

At 120kg ... I couldnt even lift a beer anymore.
At 75kg ... i can do anything i want.

It has taken a few years, but I have amazing endurance and stamina now.
Just ask my wife. Happy Wife, Hapy Life.

I think it's true as well. When your body is working your brain is resting. That helps to maximise concentration on poker or anything else you going to do after sport

I don't see it. Maybe it helps with mental endurance by releasing endorphins and stuff but I don't see it.

Same here. Can't say I've noticed a difference to my poker results, but my "physical workout" is only restricted to one to two hour walks these days. I feel better though.

Well done Jamo. You are an inspiration to many here.

Basically exercise makes you feel better no matter what you doing, you should always stay fit and do that daily cardio and hit the gym regularly! Working out and maintaining a good shape benefits your daily life and is so healthy for your body you can't even imagine!

It is an accepted medical fact that physical exercise improves both the body and the mind. Anything that increases the heart rate increases the flow of blood through the brain. As your heart rate increase so does the oxygen into your blood.

But I like the fight with the shadow more, that is, the boxing before the tournament.

I am not sure if I am alone on this. But I feel I play much better Poker when I am exercising regularly. I play a lot more live than online. Anyone else find this happens for them as well?

I do not like physical activities, although in summer I like to go for a run through the stadium, sleep is stronger =)

I felt the immediate effect exercise had on my game when I started going for runs/biking. I feel like my game is improving at a much faster rate, and I can concentrate better.
Exercise is so good for your poker game, and for life overall. It really has a lot of expected value, and you don't even have to do many hours of exercise per week to see the benefits.
